How To Use

Instructions

Women using serum

Shake vial thoroughly before opening. Apply twice daily onto clean skin before your daily anti-age care, using gentle strokes to apply the product, concentrating on areas of concern.
Avoid direct eye contact.

Cleanse

First, cleanse skin with Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Mild Cleansing Milk.

Tone

Next, tone with Eucerin DermatoCLEAN Clarifying Toner to prepare skin for the following care product.

Care

Apply a small amount of Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Concentrate onto the face, neck and décolleté, massaging into skin using firm but gentle motions whilst avoiding the delicate eye area. Lastly, apply Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day or Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Night Cream to maximise the wrinkle-filling effects.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid is formed by skin cells and is part of the connective tissue of the skin. One of its key functions is to retain moisture, and it has the ability to bind in between 1,000 and 10,000 times its own weight in water (i.e. one gram binds between one and ten liters). As we age, the skin's natural ability to produce Hyaluronic Acid depletes and wrinkles start to form and deepen.

Glycine Saponin

Glycine Saponin, also known as Glycine Soja Germ Extract, is an active ingredient extracted from the soya bean. It is one of the most effective stimulators of Hyaluronic Acid in cells in the dermal layer of skin and has been proven to increase Hyaluronic Acid production by up to 256% on cell level*.

How it works

At the heart of Eucerin’s unique Hyaluron-Filler formula is a unique combination of high and low molecular Hyaluronic Acid:

- High molecular Hyaluronic Acid (also known as long-chained Hyaluronic Acid) remains on skin’s surface to improve hydration in the outermost layer of the epidermis – where fine lines and winkles originate.
- The molecules in low molecular Hyaluronic Acid (also known as short-chained Hyaluronic Acid) are 40 times smaller 1 than those of high molecular Hyaluronic Acid and so it is able to penetrate further into the epidermal layers where it stimulates skin’s own production of Hyaluronic Acid.

In most of the formulas, Hyaluronic Acid is combined with bio-active Glycine Saponin which penetrates even deeper, into the dermal layers of skin, stimulating the production of Hyaluronic Acid and replenishing moisture where deeper wrinkles originate. Fine lines and wrinkles are noticeably plumped and skin is smoothed for a rejuvenated look.
